The wisdom tooth

Met the intellectuals,

Got restless.

Met the academicians,

Horribly troublesome, it was.

Met the careerists,

And lost the happiness and peace of mind.

Got depressed by seeing the rat race,

The race for progress, and,

Lifeless, Colorless, Dull and drab,

That’s what my life became.

Met and mixed with the children,

Got pleased.

Played with them to the full extent,

Got great happiness.

New life sprouted,

Became small with the tiny tots,

That was refreshingly lovely.

Now,

People consider me stupid,

Defame me saying,

I have no wisdom tooth, as yet.
